As a 7-5　採用広報（採用マーケティング） at Leaner Technologies, your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent and build employer brand awareness


• Utilizing sourcing skills to identify, engage, and recruit potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks


• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies


• Creating and managing recruitment content, including job descriptions, social media posts, and other marketing materials


• Analyzing recruitment metrics and adjusting strategies to optimize results


• Building and maintaining relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors
