Your day-to-day activities as an Account Director, Startups include managing a portfolio of startup accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to expand our customer base. Key responsibilities encompass:
  • Developing and executing account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with startup founders, CEOs, and other key stakeholders

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Solutions, Support, and Marketing to ensure a cohesive customer experience

  • Conducting needs assessments to understand startup requirements and providing tailored AI solutions

  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge

  • Providing feedback to product development teams to inform the development of new AI products and services

  • Reporting to the Director of Sales and working closely with the broader Go-To-Market team to achieve business objectives. To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
