You’ll build relationships with doctors' offices, spot risk early, resolve issues, surface expansion opportunities, and turn customer feedback into a stronger product. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own customer health after launch, including adoption, satisfaction, churn risk, and expansion opportunities - Build trusted relationships with doctors’ offices and resolve issues before they become renewal problems - Translate customer feedback into clear asks for product, operations, and support JOINING US To start, you'll have a handful of conversations with our team and founders.
