主な職務内容 戦略的テクノロジーアドバイザーとしての活動 担当する主要ゲーム企業のCxO・技術部門リーダーと継続的にエンゲージし、中長期のテクノロジービジョン策定をリード AI・エージェント活用によるビジネス変革の推進 Azure AI・Copilot・エージェントフレームワーク等を活用したユースケース発掘から実装支援まで、一気通貫でサポート リテールインダストリー戦略の立案・実行 業界トレンドの深い洞察をもとに、マイクロソフトとしての市場アプローチを設計・推進。社内外のステークホルダーと連携し、業界全体への影響力を高める クロスファンクショナルチームのオーケストレーション エンジニア・パートナー・マーケティングなど多様なチームを巻き込み、お客様への価値提供を最大化 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. 6+ years of technology consulting, solution sales, business consulting, digital transformation, or related experience. Experience engaging with senior business and technology executives. Strong understanding of cloud computing, data platforms, AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture. Excellent communication and executive presentation skills. Native-level Japanese proficiency and business-level English sufficient for internal communication. 12+ years of consulting, enterprise technology, or strategic technology sales experience. Experience in Retail, Consumer Goods, eCommerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related industries. Experience driving enterprise digital transformation initiatives. Experience with AI, Generative AI, Copilot technologies, and Data & AI platforms. Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead complex strategic engagements. Experience working across global, cross-functional teams.
