Coro is seeking an AI QA Automation Manager to own the test-automation strategy across the platformand to lead the automation engineering team. In this role you will design and build autonomous AIagents that support development and testing activities with a high degree of autonomy, own qualitymeasurement and release quality, and continuously advance automated test coverage across theproduct. You will report to the VP of R&D and work closely with the R&D, DevOps, and Product teams.Key responsibilities• Own and evolve Coro's test-automation strategy across the platform, and lead and grow theautomation engineering team.• Partner with R&D leadership to design and build autonomous AI agents that support development andtesting activities.• Own quality measurement and continuous improvement, including release quality, using data toidentify and resolve recurring issues at the root.• Advance automated test coverage and quality across the product to support fast, reliable, andpredictable releases.• Own load and performance testing to ensure the platform scales reliably to millions of users.• Own the mobile testing strategy and build robust, in-house automated mobile coverage.• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the QA engineers embedded across the deliveryteams.
