As Thread AI’s first AI Builder Advocate, you are the person who proves what is possible on Lemma—and then shows the world exactly how to do it. Lemma is built for builders across the entire technical spectrum. Your audience isn't just the staff engineer wiring agents into production infrastructure; it’s also the highly technical operator automating a massive enterprise workflow that used to take a team weeks to execute. Your job is to meet all of them where they are. This is a high-autonomy, high-leverage role. You’ll ship production-grade reference apps that turn "is this possible?" into "this is running in production." You'll be the loudest internal voice for the builder experience, turning field insights into product reality. You will work directly with the founders, Engineering, and GTM teams to define the builder ecosystem from the ground up.
