Drive Customer Success: Lead architectural design, engaging with business and technical decision makers to drive intent and enable sustained usage of M365 Copilot, Copilot Cowork, Work IQ, and Agents, securing long-term customer success and renewal. Leverage Agentic AI: Use Copilot prompt engineering and Agent-building expertise to drive AI at scale. Explore growth opportunities: Partner with technical and sales teams to identify opportunities and develop tailored Copilot and agent solutions that drive seat deployment, active usage, and business value realization. Accelerate Customer AI Transformation Journey: Engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-use, and learn from others to help accelerate your customer's Copilot and agent transformation journey. Embrace a growth mindset: Act as the voice of the customer by proactively sharing insights, feedback, and success stories to inform internal strategy and execution. Learn-it-all: Demonstrate a self-learner mindset through continuous, self-directed learning in areas such as M365 Copilot, Copilot Cowork, Work IQ, Agents, business value realization, and adoption and change management. Build and maintain technical readiness aligned to Customer Success Unit (CSU) priorities and corporate initiatives. Operates according to required operational excellence and proven practice standards throughout all engagement stages/activities/tools of record (e.g., pipeline updates, usage reporting, time tracking). Delivers solutions in line with company methodologies (e.g., product offerings such as value-based deliverables [VBDs], Copilot readiness and scenario discovery workshops, advice, training, technical validation), ensuring proven practices and patterns are followed to prepare complex customers for operational readiness and achievement of their business goals and targets. Guides complex customers/partners towards a well-architected Copilot estate (e.g., secure, compliant, responsibly governed) with data and identity foundations that scale, increasing retention and expansion opportunities. Provides feedback to the Unified Delivery Team on VBDs to refine and further develop Copilot content. Builds relationships with, and provides direction to technical decision makers (TDMs) up to the C-suite level, and builds the bridge between TDMs and business decision makers (BDMs). Collaborates with internal stakeholders (e.g., engineering, sales) to provide field-based insights related to Copilot and agent products and solutions, including their functioning, pricing, licensing, and packaging. Role models technical readiness, both depth-aligned to Copilot and agent priorities and breadth-aligned to CSU/corporate initiatives (e.g., security, compliance, responsible AI), and influences the team to drive their own technical readiness. Acts as a mentor, leading readiness and upskilling activities in the team/organization by educating colleagues on technical and non-technical concepts and sharing proven Copilot practices. Contributes to and collaborates on intellectual property and proactively identifies patterns where no IP exists (e.g., Copilot scenarios, agent designs, adoption playbooks) to help build scalable and repeatable models. Proactively identifies and anticipates gaps through delivery, communicates those gaps to and influences relevant team members and internal/external stakeholders, and connects gaps and patterns across business and technology areas that drive changes and improvements to products, intellectual property (IP) (both existing and new), technologies, and/or processes and practices that enable Copilot and agent solutions to scale across customers. Proactively provides thought leadership and innovation to customers/partners and internal communities at the worldwide level. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience. 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external). 4+ years experience leading technical projects. Deep technical expertise, strong executive communication skills, customer-centric leadership.
