The Role We're building the next generation of go-to-market and AI is at the center of it. The AI GTM Architect is responsible for designing and scaling how AI powers Outreach's revenue engine. This role translates GTM strategy into AI-driven workflows, intelligent automation, and seller execution inside our own platform. You'll act as both a system architect and GTM operator shaping how AI agents engage buyers, how workflows run across the funnel, and how data drives real-time decisions. This isn't a traditional operations role. You'll define how modern revenue teams work, ensuring AI extends the reach of sellers in a trusted, human way. This is a highly collaborative role where you will partner cross functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, BI and Revenue Operations teams. Location: Ideal location is based in Seattle or Atlanta near in office teams. We are open to remote within the U.S.
