Proactively cultivate trusted relationships across customer organisations, from architects and technology leaders through to C-level executives. Build deep understanding of each customer's business strategy, technology landscape, priorities, industry dynamics and transformation agenda. Become a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Heads of AI and business executives. Lead strategic conversations that connect technology decisions with measurable business outcomes. Develop compelling value propositions, business cases and transformation roadmaps. Lead complex opportunities from early strategic discussions through technical shaping, commercial strategy and execution. Maintain a clear view of the external market landscape and develop differentiated strategies to win. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, AND solid experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, business transformation, enterprise technology strategy, Financial Services, or related roles; OR equivalent experience. Proven experience operating at the intersection of technology, consulting, and business transformation AND ability to engage confidently in architecture, business strategy, and commercial discussions with business and technical stakeholders. Experience driving enterprise-wide digital, cloud, data, or AI transformation initiatives. Solid understanding of complex enterprise technology environments and business outcomes enabled through technology.
