Preferred Qualifications: - Good CMOS circuits basics, analog circuits simulation and layout experience - Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills - Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment - Ability to take the initiative and drive to results - Skills to manage time, delegate and multi-task at work - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Mentoring and experience with people management will be added advantage - Team-work is imperative in this role Preferred Skills/ Experience - 4-8 years of experience in EDA/CAD in Backend Analog Design Tools (Virtuoso, Layout, DRC, LVS, Extraction, Basic simulation, etc ) - Prior experience for having interfaced with EDA vendors towards flow evaluations, licensing and roadmap definitions - Prior experience in programming languages and technologies as needed for projects: Python, TCL, ...
