Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related field of study - 4-8 years of relevant EDA/CAD experience combined with a passion for automation - 2-3 years of technical lead as Analog Frontend Preferred Qualifications: - Good CMOS circuits basics, analog circuits simulation and layout experience - Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills - Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment - Ability to take the initiative and drive to results - Skills to manage time, delegate and multi-task at work - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Mentoring and experience with people management will be added advantage - Team-work is imperative in this role Preferred Skills/ Experience - 4-8 years of experience in EDA/CAD in Frontend Analog Design Tools (Virtuoso, Circuit design, ...
