Analytics Engineer

We’re hiring an Analytics Engineer to build the data backbone that the rest of Framer consumes. The Data team is deliberately small and sits unusually close to the business: the models you build feed the board deck, the founders read your launch updates in Slack, and when leadership asks “is this working?”, you’re the one who answers with numbers you can defend. This role exists to drive decisions, not dashboards for their own sake.
