Guider les clients vers des solutions bien architecturées, sécurisées, résilientes, prêtes pour l'IA et optimisées en matière de coûts et de performance. Understand customers' data estate, business and IT priorities, and success measures - data modernization, governance, analytics, and Generative and Agentic AI readiness - and proactively identify opportunities for cloud consumption at scale based on business value. Guide customers toward well-architected solutions that are secure, resilient, AI-ready, and cost- and performance-optimized, applying the Well-Architected Framework, landing zones, and proven data modelling, ETL/ELT and performance-optimization practices to prepare them for operational readiness and sustainable adoption. Lead the health, resiliency, security, capacity management and data sovereignty of mission-critical data workloads, including data residency and regulatory compliance requirements applicable to Canadian enterprise and regulated industries (e.g., financial services, public sector, healthcare). Support customer skilling through technical workshops, hackathons and cloud readiness activities, share best practices and reusable intellectual property (IP) across the data architecture community, and maintain deep, current knowledge of Azure data services, market trends and competitive insights as a practitioner of SQL, Python, Spark/PySpark, KQL or DAX. Baccalauréat en informatique, technologies de l'information, génie, administration des affaires, arts libéraux ou domaine connexe ET au moins 4 années d'expérience dans les technologies infonuagiques ou d'infrastructure, le soutien ou la consultation en TI, l'administration de systèmes, les opérations réseau, le développement ou le soutien logiciel, les solutions technologiques, le développement de pratiques, l'architecture ou la consultation; OU Afin de faciliter cette collaboration, la maîtrise de la communication orale et écrite en anglais et en français est requise pour ce rôle. Baccalauréat en informatique, technologies de l'information, génie, administration des affaires, arts libéraux ou domaine connexe ET au moins 8 années d'expérience pertinente; OU maîtrise dans un domaine pertinent ET au moins 6 années d'expérience pertinente; OU Au moins 4 années d'expérience dans un rôle orienté client (interne ou externe). Au moins 4 années d'expérience dans la réalisation de projets techniques. Certification technique infonuagique (Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud ou certifications en sécurité). Expérience des stratégies de migration et de modernisation des données vers le nuage pour des bases de données relationnelles et non relationnelles, incluant une expérience pratique des technologies de mégadonnées (Big Data) et de calcul distribué. Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes, avec la capacité d'influencer des décideurs techniques et d'affaires de niveau supérieur. Capacité à travailler avec des clients partout au Canada dans le segment Entreprise Commercial. La maîtrise professionnelle de l'anglais et du français constitue un atout. To facilitate this collaboration, proficiency in verbal and written communication in both English and French is required for this role. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience. 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external). 4+ years experience working on technical projects. Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications). Experience with cloud-based data migration and modernization strategies across relational and non-relational databases, including hands-on experience with big data technologies and distributed computing. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior technical and business decision makers. Ability to work with customers across Canada in the Enterprise Commercial segment; professional proficiency in English and French is an asset.
