Assistant Manager/Manager - Influencer Marketing Influencer & Performance MarketingCompany: Purplle — Private BrandsLevel: Assistant Manager / ManagerExperience: 3–5 YearsFunction: MarketingIndustry: Beauty & Personal Care / D2C E-commerceAbout the RoleWe're looking for a data-driven, creator-obsessed Brand Marketing Manager to own one of Purplle's privatebrands' digital presence across YouTube and Instagram, while driving measurable growth through performancemarketing. This is a high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of brand storytelling and performance — you'llplan, execute, and optimise campaigns that build brand equity and deliver on hard business metrics.What You'll OwnInfluencer Marketing (70%)• Monthly geo-level planning — Build bottom-up influencer plans by geography, platform (YouTube /Instagram), and product category; align spends to brand priorities and launch calendars• Creator strategy & sourcing — Identify, evaluate, and onboard creators across tiers (nano to macro);maintain a healthy pipeline of talent across categories• Target ownership — Set and track monthly KPIs including Views, CPV (Cost Per View), DRR (Daily RunRate), and organic/branded Search lift targets per campaign• Content briefing — Develop sharp creative briefs; work closely with creators to ensure on-brand,platform-native content that drives both recall and action• Agency & vendor management — Manage influencer agencies and talent networks; negotiate deliverables,timelines, and rates• Campaign execution & tracking — Own end-to-end execution: contracting, content approvals, go-livetracking, reporting• Performance analysis — Run weekly/monthly reviews on views, engagement, CPV, DRR trends, andattributed search volume; identify what's working and double downPerformance Marketing (30%)• CPAS & Collaborative Ads — Plan and manage Collaborative Ads (CPAS) on Meta and other platforms inpartnership with e-commerce/retail partners• Paid social & search — Run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, YouTube, and Google Ads; managebudgets to hit ROAS and CAC targets• Audience & funnel management — Build and manage audience segments, retargeting funnels, andlookalike strategies• Creative testing — Coordinate with creative teams to A/B test ad creatives, hooks, and CTAs; use data toiterate fast• Reporting & attribution — Own weekly performance dashboards; track spends, impressions, CTR,conversions, and ROAS across channelsYou're a Great Fit If You Have• 3–5 years of marketing experience with hands-on ownership of influencer and/or performance campaigns,preferably in a D2C or e-commerce brand• Proven track record of managing YouTube and Instagram influencer programs at scale — from planning toreporting• Strong fluency with influencer metrics: CPV, DRR, earned views, branded search lift, share of voice• Working knowledge of performance marketing platforms — Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, andCPAS/Collaborative Ads• Comfortable working with data: Excel/Sheets and dashboards• Strong negotiation skills with agencies and creator talent• Excellent project management — ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously without dropping the ball• Sharp written communication for briefs, stakeholder updates, and campaign recapsTeam ManagementYou will lead a team of 2–4 marketing executives, taking ownership of their output and growth:• Assign and oversee day-to-day workload across influencer and performance tracks• Set clear weekly priorities, review work, and maintain quality across briefs, trackers, and campaign reports• Coach executives on platform knowledge, metric interpretation, and stakeholder communication• Be the escalation point for agency/creator issues and unblock the team when needed• Contribute to h, onboarding, and building a strong team culture.
