Associate HR Business Partner

Fortinet's Canada Human Resources team is looking for an Associate HR Business Partner to help us build the next generation of HR business partnering. This role combines core HR partnership with data, AI, process improvement and automation to help leaders make better people decisions and help HR operate more effectively. This role is designed for an HR professional who has developed strong HR fundamentals and wants to become a modern, data-driven business partner. You will support leaders and employees across an assigned client group while also using AI, analytics, automation and process improvement to help HR operate more effectively and make better decisions.
