If you want to push technological boundaries while safeguarding Israel and our allies, join us at this pivotal stage of our growth.We are looking for a Bid Manager & Pre-Sales Support to manage end-to-end tender and proposal processes, while supporting the Sales team with commercial pre-sales activities and business opportunity research.The role covers the full bid lifecycle – from analyzing the opportunity and understanding customer requirements, through coordinating the proposal across the organization, to delivering a complete, accurate, compliant, and competitive submission.This position requires the ability to read and analyze complex tender documents, understand their business implications, and connect the technical, operational, financial, legal, and commercial aspects of each opportunity.The role will also include Commercial Pre-Sales support, working with the Sales team on market and customer research, opportunity assessment, competitive intelligence, and preparation of commercial and customer-facing materials.Key ResponsibilitiesBid & Tender ManagementLead the end-to-end response process for tenders, RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and proposals for large-scale and strategic projects.Review and thoroughly analyze tender documents, identifying requirements, qualification criteria, contractual obligations, risks, exceptions, and points requiring clarification.Assess the company's and its products' ability to meet tender requirements and support the Go/No-Go decision-making process.Develop and manage bid plans, including responsibilities, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.Write, edit, consolidate, and review proposal documents in English to an exceptionally high professional standard.Ensure full compliance with tender requirements, including all required documentation, certifications, forms, appendices, and administrative requirements.Manage document versions and conduct comprehensive quality reviews prior to submission.Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the entire bid process.Cross-Functional CoordinationThe Bid Manager will serve as a central point of coordination between the Sales team and multiple functions across the organization, including:Product & Engineering – understand technical requirements and assess the fit between customer requirements and the company's products and capabilities.Operations & Supply Chain – assess delivery capabilities, timelines, deployment requirements, logistics, and operational commitments.Finance – review pricing considerations, payment terms, financing requirements, guarantees, and financial exposure.Legal – review contractual terms, obligations, exceptions, and potential legal risks.Sales & Business Development – understand the customer, competitive landscape, commercial strategy, and key messages behind the proposal.The Bid Manager is not expected to be the subject-matter expert in each of these areas. However, they must be able to understand the relevant considerations, ask the right questions, identify gaps and risks, and bring together the different functions into one coherent and compelling proposal.(Commercial) Pre-Sales SupportIn addition to managing bids and proposals the role provides pre-sales support to the Sales team, including researching, assessing, and developing potential business opportunities. The position involves analyzing customer needs and business opportunities, preparing relevant commercial and sales materials, and supporting the sales process with the goal of increasing conversion and closing rates.Responsibilities will include:Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to support Sales activities and strategic opportunities.Research potential customers, markets, projects, and upcoming opportunities and provide relevant insights to the Sales team.Support the qualification and assessment of new opportunities, including initial evaluation of customer requirements and potential product fit.Assist the Sales team in preparing for strategic customer engagements by gathering relevant market, customer, and competitive intelligence.Develop background materials, market overviews, competitive analyses, and other sales-enablement materials as needed.Help translate research and available information into clear, actionable insights that can support commercial decision-making and sales strategy.
