Job Family: Research and Analysis Consulting Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Active Secret What You Will Do: Provide senior-level analytical, research, and executive-decision-support products for senior leaders in client organization Develop executive materials such as read-ahead packages, BLUFs, discussion cards, talking points, issue papers, research summaries, and leadership addenda Conduct corporate, financial, acquisition, and regulatory research to support client engagements and assessments Execute OSINT-driven research using iterative keyword strategies, public records, entity tracing, and multi-source validation. Analyze defense-industrial-base capabilities for relevance to Army readiness, sustainment, logistics, contested logistics, industrial capacity, transportation, and technology integration Maintain and update client's industry-engagement matrix Coordinate with partner organizations to consolidate inputs into leadership products Review contracting and acquisition data, including structures, task orders, timelines, contractor information, performance indicators, and funding considerations Support regulatory and federal-policy research and present findings to DoW stakeholders as needed What You Will Need: An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance THREE (3) or more years' experience in corporate research, financial analysis, acquisition and contracting review, defense-industrial-base evaluation, and regulatory assessment Bachelor's Degree Proficiency in OSINT methodologies including source validation, public-records research, entity mapping, and discrepancy identification. Ability to gather, reconcile, and integrate multi-source information from cross-functional DoW stakeholders Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint for executive briefing development What Would Be Nice To Have: Experience supporting senior government or military leaders with decision-support products Familiarity with sustainment and logistics operations including the organic industrial base Background in acquisition risk research, foreign ownership/investment analysis, supply-chain resilience, or contested-logistics issues High attention to detail, strong prioritization skills, and disciplined information tracking for large datasets Competence in interpreting contracting data, corporate disclosures, ownership records, financial filings, litigation databases, and regulatory sources.
