Business Manager, SME&C - Sydney

Your responsibilities will include leading short- and long-term business planning, optimizing operations and processes, and delivering actionable business insights. Strategic execution, planning & change management: Key contributor and influencer of the business strategy through account planning, regional reviews, monthly & quarterly executive reviews, and other initiatives. Ensure planning, landing and reviews of prioritized business commitments are accomplished. Executive office management: Lead cross-functional and strategic projects to support the executive leader and drive measurable results that deliver business impact for the broad organization. Support strategic planning process, rhythm of business, coordinate executive partner meeting briefs, action items, and other executive office functions. Business Operations Excellence: Trusted change advisor and a thought leader around topics such as compliance, readiness, training, organizational policy education, and operating with a high bar of quality around streamlined end to end processes. Financial Management: Lead fiscal planning processes for revenue & OPEX, in partnership with finance and in alignment with SME&C guidance. Review business performance and support financial management of the team's budgets. Ensure leader accountability for revenue and operational expenditure (OpEx) forecast accuracy. People & Culture: Drive sustained, pervasive connections and conversations across the organization to improve the teams Thrive score deliver better employee experience and organizational performance​. Required (RQs) Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g.Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 6+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles; OR equivalent experience. Master's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles; OR Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g.Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 12+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles; OR equivalent experience.
