About the Opportunity MoonPay is strengthening its financial infrastructure as part of its long-term strategy to build a robust, scalable platform at the intersection of financial services and digital assets. We are hiring a Capital Officer to build and lead our approach to capital planning and allocation, funding, and liquidity. This is an opportunity for an experienced financial services leader to build and scale a sophisticated capital management capability in a fast-evolving industry. You will be responsible for ensuring MoonPay takes a disciplined, forward-looking approach to how capital and liquidity are planned, managed, and deployed as the business grows. You will bring deep experience from a complex financial institution, combining technical expertise in capital management with strong commercial judgement. You will develop the frameworks, analytics, governance, and decision-making processes required to understand capital and liquidity needs across a range of business and marke
