Your day-to-day activities as a Care Pro Performance Partner involve collaborating with care professionals, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance their performance. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing performance improvement plans tailored to the needs of individual care professionals


• Providing coaching, guidance, and support to care professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge


• Analyzing data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
