Charm Security is looking for a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to help the world's leading financial institutions deploy the next generation of AI agents for fraud, scams, and cybercrime prevention and resolution.As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer, you will work directly alongside customers to understand how fraud teams operate, configure and tailor AI agents to their environment, solve complex operational challenges, and continuously improve deployments based on real-world usage.You'll operate at the intersection of engineering, AI, customer success, and fraud operations. Every customer is different, and you'll be responsible for turning Charm’s Agentic AI Workforce into a solution that feels purpose-built for each institution.This role is ideal for someone who loves solving problems, enjoys working directly with customers, and wants to help shape how AI transforms fraud and scam prevention in financial institutions.
