Chief of Staff to the CEO

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Chief of Staff to support our CEO and leadership team. You will work directly with our CEO, John Dean, to take on the company’s highest leverage strategic and operational challenges. You will act as a force multiplier executing on priorities with high autonomy and a bias for action. The ability to “branch-predict”: align on principles and develop a mental model of John to unblock yourself and anticipate answers to questions.‍
