Problem solver for client issues by using technical knowledge to analyze raw data from the clients’ healthcare software, detect trends or patterns to make accurate assessments, and convey actionable takeaways. Utilize Data Analytics and Visualization tools (SQL, Tableau, and Excel) for software usage to identify opportunities for engagement and upselling, increase the value our clients receive, and ensure retention.
