As a Clinical Learning Specialist (RN), your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing clinical training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives, utilizing learning management systems to track progress and compliance


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, design curriculum, and evaluate program effectiveness, ensuring maintenance of high-quality care standards
