We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will be independently licensed and responsible for reviewing and co-signing treatment plans, clinical notes, and other documentation created by associate therapists/registered interns. They will also support audits with their primary goal to ensure that all documentation adheres to regulatory standards, organizational policies, and maintains the highest quality of care.
