Cloud Solution Architect - Data & Analytics

Drive a seamless and connected customer experience by defining conditions of success, anticipating and addressing dissatisfaction or unmet needs, and executing strategies that improve customer experience, value realization, and acceleration of data and analytics‑led transformation. Guide customers towards well‑architected solutions for data and analytics that are secure, resilient, artificial intelligence‑enabled, and cost‑ and performance‑optimized, using proven methodologies, value‑based deliverables, and technical validation to prepare customers for operational readiness and sustainable adoption. Apply deep technical, industry, and enterprise knowledge to architecture and delivery projects, proactively identifying, escalating, and mitigating blockers and risks to accelerate deployment, value realization, and usage of data and analytics solutions. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 2+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 5+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 3+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience. 2+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external). 2+ years experience working on technical projects. Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
