Assist with the end-to-end delivery of the FY27 Digital Accelerator - Copilot & Agents: 1,500+ live sessions across different adoption journeys Engage with customers during the different adoption journeys, providing assistance as required. Leverage AI to automate and deliver repeatable processes that help our team and the customers achieve faster outcomes and deliver repeatable IP aligned with AI and Agentic Solutions Engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-use, and learn from others to help accelerate your customer's AI transformation journey. Act as the Voice of the Customer by sharing insights and feedback with account teams to identify opportunities and remove adoption blockers. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field OR equivalent experience (Japanese - Native level, English - Business level) Ability to follow structured processes and work effectively in a defined support environment. Willingness to work in an in‑office setting Support a positive, inclusive, and customer‑focused team culture. Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications) This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. *
