As a CMP/Wet Process/YE Process Engineering Supervisor, your key responsibilities include:
- Supervising process technicians who are responsible for executing day-to-day activities in a manufacturing environment
- Utilizing DNS, written communication skills, chemistry, process engineering, and materials science to drive process improvements and ownership
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results and achieve business objectives
- Developing and implementing process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality
- Providing technical guidance and support to technicians and engineers
- Analyzing data and making decisions that drive business outcomes
- Reporting to the CWY PE Section Manager and contributing to the development of the team.
