As a CMP/Wet Process/YE Process Engineering Supervisor, your key responsibilities include:

• Supervising process technicians who are responsible for executing day-to-day activities in a manufacturing environment


• Utilizing DNS, written communication skills, chemistry, process engineering, and materials science to drive process improvements and ownership


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results and achieve business objectives


• Developing and implementing process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality


• Providing technical guidance and support to technicians and engineers


• Analyzing data and making decisions that drive business outcomes


• Reporting to the CWY PE Section Manager and contributing to the development of the team. You are utilizing your technical and soft skills to drive results, including written communication skills, chemistry, process engineering, and materials science.
