As a Collections Specialist, you’ll keep cash flow healthy and customer relationships smooth. You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, resolve payment issues with clarity and empathy, and ensure accurate, timely documentation across systems. You’ll spot risks early, collaborate across teams, and help maintain strong financial operations.As a Collections Specialist, you will: Manage a portfolio of domestic and international customer accounts. Follow up on past-due invoices and resolve disputes confidently. Investigate discrepancies, fix payment issues, and reconcile accounts. Keep information up to date and well documented across all our systems and tools. Flag payment risks proactively and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Deliver clear, professional support to internal and external stakeholders.
