Consumer Partnerships Marketing Manager

Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns Identify and recommend best practices for marketing processes and initiatives Analyze business trends to inform marketing decisions and strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing projects and programs Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members Campaign execution: Lead the creation and execution of co-branded marketing campaigns, including CRM and paid media Performance analysis: Track, measure, and analyze the performance of channel marketing activities, using data to optimize campaigns, demonstrate ROI, and report on key metrics Content & collateral: Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing collateral, sales tools, and enablement materials for channel partners Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, Brand Marketing, and Legal to ensure campaigns are integrated and support go-to-market strategy Budget management: Manage the channel marketing budget, ensuring spend aligns with strategic priorities Market insight: Stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and partner developments to spot new opportunities 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. A seasoned marketing professional with broad consumer marketing experience Experience in partnership marketing or commercial roles Equally comfortable diving into the numbers and writing a creative brief Results-driven, with a test-and-learn mentality Collaborative, with enthusiasm for working across international, cross-functional teams Autonomous — proactive in proposing ideas and initiatives Team-spirited and entrepreneurial, with a sense of humor and a willingness to take ownership Strong commercial and financial acumen A positive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude Fluent in Italian, given the day-to-day requirement to build relationships and negotiate with merchant partners in the Italian market Fluent in English
