DriveNets' solutions power production networks for global tier-1 operators like AT&T and Comcast, and scale multi-vendor AI infrastructures at foundation model labs, NeoClouds, and enterprises.Responsibilities- Take a key role in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with US GAAP.- Implement and monitor internal controls, policies, and workflows across the company.- Oversee the Bookkeeper's responsibilities, verify accuracy, and reconcile accounts for period-end closing.- Oversee foreign subsidiaries' accounting, local requirements, salaries, and financial reports.- Manage and support day-to-day finance activities, including accounts payable, cash flow, banking transactions, payments, billing, and VAT returns.- Manage the payroll process in coordination with the external payroll bureau.- Work with the external auditor and prepare the annual financial statements and tax reports in compliance with official guidelines and requirements.- Undertake ad hoc accounting and finance-related projects as needed.
