Corporate Counsel

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Corporate Counsel to join our Global Legal team. This role will partner closely with Procurement (P2P), Finance, HR, Security, IT, and other cross-functional teams to provide practical legal guidance across commercial contracting, corporate governance, compliance, and privacy matters. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience supporting a SaaS-based multinational company and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment. This position requires a business-oriented legal professional who can effectively balance legal risk with commercial objectives while partnering with stakeholders across multiple geographies.
