Corporate Finance Manager

We are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to join Finom's Corporate Finance team. This is not FP&A. The team is small and senior — business analytics, M&A and investor relations, and financial modelling infrastructure. You will be the fourth member, working directly with the VP of Finance across the topics that sit above the planning cycle. The most distinctive part of this role is regulatory financial modelling. Finom operates through regulated entities across Europe and is moving up the licensing ladder: banking licence, payment institution and EMI permissions, own funds and capital planning, safeguarding. Each of those steps requires a financial projection that a regulator reads line by line and challenges. Someone has to build it, defend it under questioning, and keep it alive as the business changes underneath it. That is the core of this job.
