SetPoint Medical’s Cost Accountant is responsible for managing and analyzing product costing, inventory accounting, and manufacturing financial reporting to support operational and strategic decision-making. This role will be instrumental in ensuring accurate standard costing, inventory valuation, and cost controls as the company scales toward commercialization and IPO readiness. Key responsibilities include analyzing manufacturing variances, supporting monthly close activities, maintaining inventory accounting processes, and partnering cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, quality, and finance teams.In a fast-paced medical device environment, this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
