Counsel, MACC Legal - Nordics

You are comfortable assessing risk and making smart decisions in the face of ambiguity. 6-8 years of PQE / legal experience, including direct legal counsel support of publisher, marketing, advertising, brand partnership, media agency, or entertainment/media teams. You are a qualified lawyer or have a strong legal professional background, highly adept at commercial contracting and negotiating, with very skilled drafting capabilities and a solid grounding in advertising,intellectual property and commercial law across jurisdictions. Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail, capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and handling complex contract administration and tracking. High degree of professional ethics and integrity. Fluency in English and Swedish is required. Knowledge of another Nordic language is a plus.
