We're looking for a Creative Ops Producer to run the operational backbone of Kalshi's creative team. Design at Kalshi spans brand, growth, performance, partnerships, events, and product marketing (and the volume of work is growing fast). You'll own the systems, timelines, and coordination that keep everything moving, so our designers and creative leads can stay focused on the actual creative work.
