Job Description
Translate creative briefs into actionable production strategies, scopes, schedules, deliverable plans, technical specifications, staffing models, and definitions of success for brand and marketing initiatives. Lead cross-functional production from concept through final delivery, partnering with creative directors, brand strategists, designers, Studio Operations, internal stakeholders, agencies, and production vendors to align teams and maintain momentum. Own production schedules, estimates, budgets, bids, statements of work, purchase orders, milestones, approvals, and deliverable tracking across multiple concurrent projects, surfacing risk early and recommending tradeoffs that protect quality, timing, and cost. Plan and deliver visual identity systems, toolkits, asset libraries, photography, motion, and video production, ensuring final assets meet brand, accessibility, legal, rights, licensing, responsible AI, and channel requirements. Lead project kickoffs, stakeholder updates, reviews, and approval cycles; consolidate complex inputs into clear, actionable feedback and maintain shared understanding of decisions, ownership, dependencies, and next steps. Apply Copilot and approved generative AI tools to briefing, previsualization, review summaries, stakeholder communications, production tracking, variation, and versioning while documenting provenance and following responsible AI standards. Improve Studio operations by leading retrospectives, documenting learnings, and building reusable prompts, templates, workflows, naming conventions, and delivery practices across Workfront, SharePoint, AEM, and other shared systems. Bachelor's Degree or Certificate in Design, Fine Arts, Human Computer Interaction, Visual Communications or related art field AND 4+ years experience in art design or a related art field working on computer games or entertainment. OR equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience producing brand and marketing creative in an in-house studio, agency, production company, or comparable environment. Experience managing complex, cross-functional creative productions through the full development lifecycle, including scope, schedules, budgets, vendors, reviews, approvals, and final delivery. Experience producing brand or marketing creative across multiple formats such as visual identity systems, toolkits, asset libraries, photography, motion, video, or campaign content. Experience evaluating creative quality and translating feedback from multiple stakeholders into clear, actionable direction for creative teams and production partners. Experience managing production budgets, estimates, bids, statements of work, purchase orders, change control, and vendor relationships. Working knowledge of brand governance, accessibility, legal review, talent and usage rights, licensing, and organized asset delivery. End-to-end photo and video production experience, including estimating, bidding, crewing, casting, permitting, talent rights and usage, shoot-day management, post-production, and delivery. Experience developing or rolling out visual identity systems, design systems, toolkits, templates, and asset libraries across global teams or channels. Demonstrated use of Copilot, generative AI, or automation in production workflows to improve creative quality, speed, consistency, or operational efficiency. Working proficiency with Workfront, SharePoint, Teams, AEM, digital asset management systems, and creative review and approval tools. Experience balancing fast-turn production with complex, high-visibility brand work in a matrixed organization. Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships, lead difficult conversations, and escalate issues with context, options, and a recommendation.
