Position Summary We are looking for a highly experienced Staff Engineer with deep expertise in the software industry with emphasis on application development using Gen AI and Machine Learning. In this role, you will drive the architectural vision for our AI enterprise platform, ensuring we build scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems leveraging LLMs, Machine learning and agentic AI framework. You’ll partner with leadership, product, and engineering teams to shape the technical roadmap, mentor engineers, and solve complex problems that scale our AI systems to support rapid growth. As a Staff Engineer, you will set technical direction, lead critical initiatives, and be a key decision-maker on AI strategies, ensuring our platform stays at the forefront of innovation and security.
