Customer Growth Lead

About The Role 🤔 Immutable is on a mission to help more games launch, grow and monetise successfully, and our Customer Growth team is central to that. We have built a modern martech stack for game studios, and now we need genuine, hands-on growth expertise to run it. We are looking for a Customer Growth Lead to own performance marketing end-to-end for a portfolio of game studios, running paid campaigns, setting up and optimising ad networks, and building the lifecycle programs that keep players coming back. This is a high-ownership, high-autonomy role with a direct line to leadership. You will operate independently in your region, shape how studios grow on Immutable, and help build a growth engine that scales across the business. Gaming experience is ideal, but if you have run real growth in adtech, e-commerce or retail, your craft will transfer. We are hiring an operator who does the work, not an advisor.
