Your day-to-day activities will involve managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, migrating data to new systems, and ensuring seamless onboarding of new customers. Key responsibilities include:

• Migrating data from various sources to our core systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy


• Onboarding new customers and merchants, providing them with a seamless experience


• Analyzing data trends and providing insights to drive business growth and improvement


• Collaborating with the POS team to resolve any issues and improve overall performance


• Developing and implementing knowledge management systems to enhance data-driven decision making


• Maintaining accurate records and reports, and providing data-driven recommendations to stakeholders


• Working closely with the team to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging your knowledge of data management best practices.
