You'll evaluate, improve, and validate AI-driven and rule-based data classification capabilities that protect some of the world's largest organizations.This team serves as the quality foundation for our AI systems, sitting at the intersection of AI evaluation, data governance, and analytical problem-solving. You'll work closely with AI researchers, engineers, and product teams to evaluate AI outputs, investigate complex edge cases, build high-quality evaluation datasets, and improve the prompts and detection logic that power Cyera's platform.What You’ll DoEvaluate and improve prompts, recognizers, and detection logic to enhance the accuracy and reliability of AI-powered data classification.Continuously monitor AI system performance, investigate quality regressions and emerging patterns, and partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement improvements.Help define evaluation methodologies, quality standards, and best practices for AI-powered and rule-based detection systems.Build high-quality evaluation datasets by reviewing AI outputs, investigating edge cases, and validating classification results to continuously improve our systems.
