Deal Desk Analyst

About the role The Deal Desk Analyst will partner with the Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to manage the end-to-end deal process for our Central and East Coast sales teams. This role will work primarily during Eastern Time Zone business hours. You will provide guidance on deal structure, pricing, discounting, quoting, and contract terms, ensuring opportunities align with company policies and commercial objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor to Sales, helping teams navigate complex deals, secure the right approvals, and move efficiently from quote to close. You will also identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce cycle times, and strengthen the Deal Desk function. What you’ll do: Support the structuring and pricing of high-value and complex SaaS deals. Review quotes, contracts, discounts, payment terms, and non-standard deal requests.
