Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Accept and confirm delivery assignments through the Atoms mobile platform (iPhone/Android), maintaining real‑time status updates.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and city knowledge to meet tight delivery windows while adhering to traffic and safety regulations.
- Verify order accuracy, handle food items with care, and ensure proper temperature control from restaurant pick‑up to customer hand‑off.
- Communicate proactively with restaurant staff, customers, and the dispatch team in clear, professional English to resolve any issues.
- Manage cashless transactions, record delivery metrics, and report any discrepancies to the Operations Manager.
- Demonstrate strong time‑management, problem‑solving, and customer‑service skills while maintaining a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
