As a Device Engineer, your key responsibilities include:
- Developing and optimizing device architectures to achieve improved performance and yield
- Collaborating with Integration, Module, and Yield teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Conducting experiments and analyzing data to inform device engineering decisions
- Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in thin films, metrology, node, physics, and materials science
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution
- Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Participating in the development of best practices and standards for device engineering.
