Develop long-term technology strategies and roadmaps aligned to the customer's business goals, industry landscape, and transformation priorities. Support customer skilling and adoption to drive long-term success. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 7+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, practice building, or related technical/sales/industry experience OR equivalent experience. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or related field AND 14+ years technical consulting, technical consultative selling, practice building, or related technical/sales/industry experience OR equivalent experience. 5+ years experience in digital transformation or using technology to drive customer business outcomes. 4+ years experience in business consulting, consultative selling, or change management. 5+ years experience leading technical, support, and/or partner teams. Experience serving as a technical strategist and trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, developing cross-solution technology strategies and roadmaps across Azure, Security, Data & AI, Modern Work, and Business Applications, including large-scale AI transformation initiatives such as Copilot, Agentic AI, data platform modernization, and cloud-native innovation. Knowledge of regulated healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, supply chain, security, compliance, and global operations.
