Own and be accountable for quarterly and annual revenue goals, pipeline management, and growth targets across a diversified book of business Act as a player/coach by driving long-term opportunities and coaching the team through both short- and long-term challenges Work cross-functionally with Operations, Measurement, and Market Activation to optimize client efforts Consult with Product to help shape product development in support of client needs Identify successful strategies and scale insights throughout the vertical Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new approaches Build, train, and maintain a high-performing team 15+ years of experience in digital media 12+ years of experience in sales or marketing 4+ years of experience as a manager Experience building integrated and brand advertising campaigns Demonstrated experience using data to craft strategy Experience driving revenue growth with both emerging opportunities and established partnerships Knowledge of advertising technology and data/performance measurement trends Strong communication and presentation skills, with an emphasis on translating insights, product information, and data into client value Experience building relationships with top marketing decision-makers at brands and agencies Deep understanding of the industry landscape and recognized as a thought leader among clients Understanding of MMM, MTA, Sales and Conversion Lift, and a point of view on the evolution of measurement for modern marketing Demonstrated understanding of brand best practices and brand measurement Proven knowledge of signal, value, and performance marketing Understanding of the Technology and Retail industries Demonstrated people leadership with experience coaching, guiding, challenging, and empowering top performers Operational rigor and the ability to lead, challenge, and influence cross-functional partners and external clients
