Director of Investor Analytics

The Director of Investor Analytics will serve as the primary strategic voice of GoodLeap’s capital markets performance, leading the analysis of originated assets, building data-driven narratives for investors, and directing cross-functional collaboration across Capital Markets Sales, Analytics, Underwriting, Servicing, and Product Management. This individual will own GoodLeap’s investor relations function within the Portfolio Management team, shaping how loan performance, credit quality, and macroeconomic trends are communicated to current and prospective investors. Operating with high autonomy and independent judgment, the Director is expected to serve as a credible, senior-level counterpart to external stakeholders and to guide the work of junior team members on a dotted-line basis. This role is essential to preserving investor trust and directly influences the duration and stability of GoodLeap’s revenue.
