Director, People Operations

The Opportunity We’re looking for a Director of People Operations to lead and evolve Coda’s global people operations team. This role owns the backbone of operational excellence across the entire employee lifecycle from payroll and compliance to mobility, systems, offboarding, and onboarding - with a relentless focus on making every interaction with the people team quick, reliable, and seamless. Reporting to the SVP of People, you’ll lead a global team supporting a workforce of 600+ employees across 20+ countries, while partnering closely with internal stakeholders. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can roll up their sleeves, think strategically, and build for scale.
