You are responsible for leading the tax function, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and tax regulations. Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing tax strategies that align with business objectives, minimizing tax liabilities, and optimizing cash flow
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and legal, to ensure seamless integration of tax planning and compliance
- Analyzing and interpreting tax laws, regulations, and court decisions, applying this knowledge to inform business decisions and mitigate risks
