Your day-to-day activities as an EHS Supervisor – Shipyard include:

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS programs and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards


• Conducting risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions


• Providing training and guidance to employees on EHS procedures and best practices


• Investigating incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions


• Collaborating with operations teams to develop and implement safe work procedures and protocols


• Monitoring and reporting EHS performance metrics to management and regulatory agencies


• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure continuous improvement of the EHS program.
